Tait Williams, the City Champion at PIAA District 8, City of Pittsburgh, swims for Obama Academy and competes in the PIAA Swim Championships AAA Meet on March 14, 2012. He sets a new personal record and school record. His time is 23.26 at states was a bit faster than he swam to qualify. He is a senior and also was on the City's Championship Football team in the fall.
