Thanks my brother for introducing Shaun to me. I drove down to NSU last Thursday and I made sure I brought along my gear so that Shaun could try SCUBA. I look forward to helping Shaun bring Scuba to his program. We had a wonderful time. I know Shaun will be adding Scuba Diving to his resume.
Thanks to you Rick!

To be honest, the purple and gold in this case are symbolic of Jesus. The purple for His royalty (the put a purple robe on Him as they mocked Him before crucifying Him); and the gold for His divinity. I am an Alpha. Both are relative. Alpha and Omega Jesus called Himself. The first and the last. The beginning and the end. It's all good. I have a non-profit set up myself. If you need a contact to get it done for a reasonable cost, I have one. We're getting our parent group set up now. I'll give you a call soon.

Ric,
Thanks. Myself and some from the group will be at Carter Park in the morning about 10 AM. We will be going to South Beach to be entertained by a group that is interested in our activities. Would love to meet you and start laying a foundation. I'm sure some of these children are going to end up employed with air tanks on their backs.

Hi Ric:
Donald e-mailed me with info on Detroit & Cleveland - I chose Detroit since Michigan was where Josh drowned. A very nice lady named Michelle answered my e-mail and we have been in communication and I truly believe that something good is going to happen between NABSD and JP. I know that our children don't know of the opportunities that are out there for them in aquatics namely SCUBA diving. Look out world - here we come!! All good things to you our new friend. I just love this DAP website. It is long overdue!! Peace, Love & Blessings...........

Hi Ric - I will get in touch with your daughter. I am always glad to see young black men and women advancing in the field! Where does she want to go to grad/medical school?

If I am in South Florida, I will take you up on the SCUBA offer. Thanks!

I will contact the brother when we return from Honduras on 21 July. I wanted to wait until he gets settled in and as I mentioned he has a new infant and we all understand that.

As I mentioned before, he will be in the Chesapeak Bay area for some time doing promotions and fund raising for his cause. I am looking forward to meeting with him stateside as I think it will be easier at that time.

Countess and I have just returned from The 504. We celebrated the baby girls birthday (Joyce), today.

Hope to see you soon.

Hi Bro. Ric,
Your credentials and expertise are very impressive indeed!!!!
One of my pursuits is to learn scuba diving and am so happy to have you as a resourceful member of the sight for future references. My honor just to say hello and look forward to getting my concerns and questions answered in regards to scuba diving..

Greetings Ric....this is a wonderful idea. Diversity Aquatics is a fine forum and I recognize that you have brought quite a gathering of our friends to the network.

I didn't have the opportunity to meet with Herman Ross as I would have desired. I was busy and he was busy with a new birth to the family according to his reply. He offered to speak with me over the telephone, but, I've decided to try at another time.

He mentioned that he will be sailing to the Chesapeak Bay area in a few days, so, maybe we can contact him when he arrives. He will be doing some promotions and fund raising for his organization.

I am fascinated by the NABS. Do you have anything in or around Ohio? Our chlldren in The Josh Project need to know about the opportunities of becoming a SCUBA diver. It would be great for someone in our area to share with our beginning swimmers about what they could do. Any ideas?

Mr. Powell,

I just read your email and want to thank you for the wonderful comments! That is defiantly some history that I did not know, I feel that our students and our network should. I plan on coming to Florida in late May early June. Do you mind if I interview you for the website at that time? It is truly a pleasure to hear your story and I want to be sure everyone involved also has the opportunity to do so.

Respectfully,

Shaun Anderson

Great! I have not been in contact with Errol Duplessis perhaps I'll be able to contact him through the Black Dolphins Chapter. What part of Fl do you live in? I plan on being there later this month, maybe we can get together then to talk about some future opportunities.
Shaun
