Hi Newton, it is a pleasure to have you as a friend.  Your background is swimming rich (I like it), and I am so sorry we never connected when I was on the faculty at Hampton University.  Let's share ideas sometime in the near future.  You are close enough, as we are both residents of Virginia.  And I saw that you spent some of your professional career at my first alma mater, Southern University.  By the way, what college did you attned?  Just curious.  Take care, hope to connect with you soon.

Welcome Dr. Jackson! I am glad you are able to join. I want to also introduce you Shaun Anderson. He is a professor at Norfolk State and USA Swimming's Diversity Consultant on the National Level. He is trying to get in touch with a contact at Howard University to partner Howard University with USA swimming. I will be emailing you soon about it. There is also a potential of USA Rowing wanting to develop a partnership with the Swim and Dive team as well.
