to try and make a flight reservation. It seems that I can't get anything for less

Errol Duplessis has a great idea concerning expanding dive programs to some of the Historical Black Colleges and Universities
(HBCUs) and Boys and Girl Clubs. We need to get him involved with this group of Aquatic Professionals and SCUBA Instructors. Speak with him about joining us and developing his project.
