Thanks you for your pioneering work, brother. I'm a member of the Ghana Swimming Association. Our organization seeks to build a competitive swimming program for the country as well as promoting water safety as a vital life skill.

In September, Ghana will be participating in the the All Africa Games a continent wide competition held every four years.

We are looking for elite swimmers based in the USA interested in representing Ghana in international competition. In your capacity as a member of the US Swimming Diversity Committee do you have you come across any elite college or high school swimmers of Ghanaian parentage? It may be possible to extend dual citizenship to elite African American swimmers interested obtaining dual citizenship, naturalizing and swimming for Ghana in the All African Games and the Olympics.

I am a 30 year old female, and have worked in the aquatics industry for a little more than three years now. I am located in Rockingham, NC, and recently have been trying to incoporate a program to offer subsidized swim lessons to minorities in my community-particularly African-American and Native Americans. I have experienced some trouble, since rules prohibit grant funding unless I obtain 501c3 status. So, I've been trying to navigate the labyrinth that is the IRS, but was wondering if you guys blanket other organizations. I am a member of Professional Swim Coaches, a group on LinkedIn, and apparently, so is someone working in your organization. I followed their thread, and found this website.
