Hey there! So much going on here. Did you get my message about the Water Safety Day in DC? I hope you and Tri-Unify can make it again. This year it will be on Saturday, May 21st.  Let me know if you got it. If not I can send it again.:) Hope all is well. Btw, I'm going to do a sprint Tri in July! You all have inspired me to test out this new adventure.

The open water race in Detroit (Belle Island) that I was telling you about is this Saturday the 14th. It is hosted by some local Detroit area Swim Teams. Please let your Detroit chapter know about the event. Even if they just come out to cheer, I think that it is important that we support their efforts. By the way they are accepting race day entries so let me know if you’ll be flying out to swim! Hope to see you there!
