San Diego- AAPAR- National Council for Aquatic Professionals

Just left the business meeting for AAPAR - National Council for Aquatic Professionals.  It felt good to see DAP member Dr. E. Newton Jackson leading the way as the Chairman of this National Council.  Today at the helm Dr. Jackson stressed the importance of the council embracing all aquatic activities.  A message which was well received by all at the meeting.  I echo his remarks in our efforts to curve the drowning rate and the continued expansion of DAP to help in doing so.  Let's all get swimming, rowing, fining, sailing, paddling, surfing, kayaking, diving, gliding in the same direction!
