Colorado Springs, CO - National Drowning Prevention Alliance Symposium

At the NDPA Symposium in Colorado Springs, CO and just heard Mick & Sue Nelson’s presentation “Overcoming Aquatic Fear”.  It started with a discussion about fear, aqua-phobia and how to work through it.  It continued all the way to the current drowning issues faced in this country.  The Nelsons are such a wealth of knowledge who can cover every aquatic topic you could think of.  They are truly amazing, and I learn something from them every time I’m near them.  If you are an aquatics professional, I suggest you make it a priority to get to one of their presentations.
