Channel 3 News of Hampton Roads Virginia reports a "New Study" as to why a majority of African American children don't know how to swim...

The "New Study" reveals that many African American children don't know how to swim because their parents don't know how to swim.

That's right... This "New Study" revealed a well known fact that has been known and studied for more than 10 years...
There were also plenty of other factors that were left out of the so called "New Study"...

However, the statistic can be changed within 1 generation...

All I have to say to that is we already know what the problem is...
We have solutions...
Well, what are we waiting for?
Let's get started!
