Thirty-six athletes from underrepresented populations have come to Colorado Springs for a three-day program which includes pool training, motivational and education sessions and team building exercises. Through these sessions USA Swimming will seek to inspire athletes and coaches from underrepresented populations to become leaders and role models not only in their club but also in their communities.
