2011 National Diversity Select Camp- Olympic Training Center- Colorado Springs, CO
The future looks bright with a great group of kids and an inspirational coaching staff here at the Olympic Training Center for the 2011 National Diversity Select Camp. Recently i've decided to get back in shape in order to swim in an open water race later this year..so i hopped in the atlantic this morning for my first VB ocean swim of 2011..there's a thin line between refreshing and cold..but got it done...a little sore but day 1 finished..figure i'll run and surf tomorrow...Vashon you up for hitting the waves tmw? I was fortunate enough to sit in on DAP member Tameisha Goode's new swim team's first practice yesterday. The excitement was in the air and it was great to see her hard work and efforts become a reality. The team is shaping up nicely and her entire staff is full of energy!

In San Diego at the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (AAHPERD) 2011 National Convention.
