Recently i've decided to get back in shape in order to swim in an open water race later this year..so i hopped in the atlantic this morning for my first VB ocean swim of 2011..there's a thin line between refreshing and cold..but got it done...a little sore but day 1 finished..figure i'll run and surf tomorrow...Vashon you up for hitting the waves tmw? Norfolk, VA - The start of dreams

I was fortunate enough to sit in on DAP member Tameisha Goode's new swim team's first practice yesterday. The excitement was in the air and it was great to see her hard work and efforts become a reality. The team is shaping up nicely and her entire staff is full of energy!
