An unfortunately recent event happened to a Philadelphia youth rowing center, called Breaking Barriers, where tens of thousands of dollars worth of workout equipment, rowing machines, and spin bikes were stolen just before opening the program to kids. Breaking Barriers is one of America Rows original Philadelphia rowing programs and was founded to allow inner-city youth the chance to learn the sport of Rowing.
