I'm rowing around Manhattan...

On Saturday, October 1st, I will be rowing around Manhattan to raise money for Rocking the Boat (www.rockingtheboat.org).

Rocking the Boat is a dynamic South Bronx youth development organization that uses wooden boatbuilding and on-water education to build kids. As they say, “Kids don't just build boats at Rocking the Boat, boats build kids.”

Just landed in Jacksonville, Fl for the 2011 USA Swimming Convention.  If you want to make a difference in the world's most successful team this is where you need to be.  The biggest US Olympic National Governing Body with a membership of over 300,000 equals a huge impact worldwide.  Staff doesn't get to vote at the board of delegates meeting.  So DAP members please get involved with your LSC and be here next year!
