If you want to learn how to scuba, then join the scuba group and post any and all of your questions. We have some of the most experienced divers in the world!

Hi Sunny,
Much better photo, in that I can identify you. So happy to hear that your esteem with your students has increased tremendously, which I had no doubt that it would. Keep it up My Sister!!! Before long, we will be hearing that you are now teaching Lifeguards and WSI students!!!!! Keep the faith and don't give up. We have alot of children to work on and work with. Will keep you in my prayers and please reciprocate the same for me. Darrick a.k.a dswimmerman

Hi Sunny,
There is no real "By The Book" lesson plan to go by, unless the American Red Cross has changed since I have taken WSI. However, be as creative as your heart desires, and American Red Cross does have a particular order, in which I found helpful in teaching the "StairStep" method of teaching swimming. We have several swimming experts, who are also former competitive swimmers and scuba divers who are most helpful in this. Good Luck in preparing for your adult class

Hey SunnyBunny,
Got your message, I promise to get to you before the week is out. I have class tonight and tomorrow. But since I've been out of it for so long, it would be good to ask Chris Bey, or Shaun even. Have you read about LeePitts...why don't you drop him a line?! If you can wait for 2mro afternoon; I'll drop you some workout sets.
Mucho Misses.
