Hi Coach,
I am a former swimmer, parent, and a "Wanna Be Coach"(smile). Actually, I am trying to get our local government officials to either to build a swimming facility, or take the one we have(outdoor pool) and enclosed it so we can utilize the facility year round. I have a bunch of ideas as to implementing programs, for all age groups. Beginning, Intermediate, Advance Swimming Lessons, Junior Life-Saving, Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, Water Aerobics for Senior Ciitizens, and yes, even a swim team. These are my long-term goals, and I am trying to network with several professionals, such as yourself, with whom I hope will share with me all there is to know to execute a successful program. Your website has given me plenty of wonderful ideas.
