More about me:
I am a movement therapist and athlete development specialist. I work with high performing athletes who want to break through physical and mental plateaus. I am passionate about helping people reach their optimal level of physical and mental performance.

In my movement practice athletes focus on increasing range of motion, releasing muscle tension, relieving pain and stress, improving balance and flexibility, improving athletic performance, treating chronic pain/ailments, and preparing the body for physical activity or sporting competition.

I uses a blend of psychological, physiological, and metaphysical techniques to rehabilitate injury and strengthen the entire body, while enhancing the mind-body connection to create overall healing, balance, and well-being.

I am also an avid swimmer, certified recreational scuba diver (SSI), and USA Swimming certified swim coach, who is passionate about raising awareness for the importance of swimming in the African-American community.
