Council Chairs: Dr. Knolan Rawlins (Interim)
Purpose: To connect individuals and groups who currently participate or are interested in the sustaining and growing of aquatic programs at HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) and HSIs (Hispanic Serving Institutions).
Whether you are a past, present or future aquatic professional this group is created to share best practices," especially as they relate to efforts to provide access to groups traditionally underrepresented in the sport from all over the HBCU/HSI network of colleges and universities.
