Grinnell College is currently accepting applications for a lifeguard to work in our Bear Recreation and Athletic Center and also the Grinnell College Golf Course. The lifeguard position is a full-time, benefit eligible position with a starting wage of $15.00/hour.
Responsibilities: Open and secure the pool facility. Assist with In-service trainings, scheduling, and timecard management. Filling in as a call-in guard. Assist with equipment operation. Ensure the safety of patrons with preventative lifeguarding and responding to emergencies.
Qualifications: Current lifeguard, CPR, First-Aid, and AED certification required.
