DAP Member Fred Evans, Washington D.C. and Chicago State, won the 100-yard breaststroke at the 1975 NAIA National Swimming Championships.
I'm thinking C, Fred Evans?

Fred is the correct answer out of those choices. But Thurman Robbins clued me into some earlier NAIA champions from the late '50s and early '60s.
