I was really hoping to connect with other minority college coaches to discuss a number of topics including CSCAA inclusion and challenges with AD's. I often feel like I am the only one.

Franco, Good Evening / Morning.  I see you are also on line.

I see you may be in Colorado Springs.   Look up Juan C at USA Swimming, Diversity & Inclusion section,  he should be able to connect you with coaches out here in the West.

Greetings Franco!

Welcome to our network. You are not the only one! That is exactly what we are here for, so you know who else is out there! I am glad you have posted this question. I am a former college coach for Howard U as well as a coach for Nations Capital Swim Club. We created this network to link all of us together. We actually have some coaches coming to our convention April 8-9 to talk and connect on various topics they face in their position. Before then our swimming council will have a call around Feb 18th weekend. Make sure to join the swimming council on our page, follow us on FB and Twitter, and if you can we would love to have you in Miami, Fl April 8-9th!! Let me know!
